Dr. Michael K. Taylor graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. He has practiced in Boone for over 35 years, and has been very active in issues of the North Carolina Dental Society and the North Carolina Board of Dental Examiners. Dr. Michael K. Taylor founded Blue Ridge Dentistry in 1979.
Drs. Danielle and Chris met back in the year 1998 and attended Dental school together. They each practiced in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida for three years prior to moving to Boone in 2010. They enjoy practicing Dentistry together and living in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains with their two boys. They have a special love for physical fitness and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
Dr. Christopher Gordon graduated from the College of Dental Medicine at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 2004. He continued on to complete a 3-year residency in the ADA-recognized specialty of Prosthodontics and received a Certificate in Prosthodontics from Nova Southeastern University in 2007. He has extensive training in full-mouth reconstruction and implant dentistry and enjoys placing and restoring dental implants.
Since he is a Prosthodontist, he is able to treat very complex restorative cases.
Dr. Danielle Gordon received a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Florida International University, graduating Magna cum Laude from the Honor’s College in 2000. She completed her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, in 2005. She then went on to complete an additional 2 years of training in Advanced Prosthodontics at Nova Southeastern University which emphasized on more advanced cosmetic and implant dentistry. She excels in cosmetic dentistry and has a meticulous eye for the art of smile design.
